If you need to cancel your Cambridge English exam please contact us as soon as possible. 

Refunds are possible under certain circumstances. A refund is possible if: 

• requested up to 14 days after the payment date (100% refund) and before registration closes
• requested before registration closes (40 euros administration fee)
• requested due to medical reasons (exam voucher to reschedule the exam)
